Why we file like a material library.
Picking a kitchen or bath remodeler is a paperwork-and-material problem — cabinetry, stone, tile, plumbing, lighting, project management, permits. We treat each entry like a one-page material library entry so the same intake fields land in the same place — every time.
This is not a lead-gen site. We do not sell directory slots, we do not auction estimate calls, and we do not rewrite a studio’s own copy into showroom marketing. What we publish is limited to public business details, visible service signals, real photos where available, and practical questions a homeowner can verify before requesting a proposal.
Each entry includes a verified address, phone number, and at least one photograph of real project work. Where evidence is thin, we mark the studio as a candidate rather than promote it to a stand-alone listing.
